How do I register for Delta?
Delta emails will be sent out as soon as Dr. T announces them. You will use the website to click your dates and sign the waiver. We will post on the Ultimate Rewire Facebook page to check your emails when they are announced.
What time does Legacy Delta start?
Delta days start promptly at 8:30am, check in at 8 am, 8:15 am Doors open.
What is the dress code?
Business casual is recommended. Please bring layers as the hotel conference rooms fluctuate in temperature.
What should I bring? Do I need pens or food?
Hotels have many different temperatures in their large rooms, bring layers, stay comfortable. You may bring food and whatever you need to take care of yourself through the event days.
What is the Itinerary for the 2 Day Delta?
Delta days all start promptly at 8:30am, check in at 8 am, 8:15 am Doors open. Thursday will be a long day, into the evening, please be aware so you get rest before and after. Friday will finish before dinner time, with a reception in the evening with Dr. Trivedi. We suggest you spend some time there with him and the community.
Can I leave in the evening?
There will be a reception with Dr. Trivedi in the evening. If you must leave early, that is up to your discretion.
Can I bring my spouse or a guest to Delta?
Delta is for Ultimate Rewire Masters only, if your spouse is in the program as well, they are welcome and will register separately.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please let us know if you cannot attend Delta 14 days in advance to avoid the $250 cancellation fee. We will not be able to waive the fee unless you are contagiously sick
What if I can’t make it to the Event, who do I let know?
If you are unable to attend, please respond to your Delta emails. You may also contact [email protected] or [email protected]
How do I connect with the community once I have arrived?
Go to the Facebook Page and connect with your fellow students for activities in the mornings and during the week. Students love to invite each other to interact and share activities and transportation etc.
